COVID-19 Procedures

The Covid-19 pandemic has affected us all. As a precautionary measure, we have put some procedures in place to keep both our customers and our staff safe. 

In store, a face covering is now mandatory for entry as advised by Simcoe County bi-law. We have a max capacity of three customers in store at one time. While we are still accepting cash, we encourage you to pay in a contactless method via tap on debit or credit. We have plexiglass shields around our common area's to reduce contact. Social distancing is in place for our staff and customers while in our store. We are sanitizing our cases, and high contact points regularly to help reduce the spread and keep our store clean. We are not doing ear piercing at this time, to reduce contact and keep our customers and staff safe. 

With all this in mind, we encourage you to come visit us for your jewelry and repair needs! We are still accepting a wide variety of repairs, and offer all of our regular repair services.
